I wonder a lot....do you? I wonder what God has for me in the next five years. I wonder what I should preach about for the month of February. I wonder when I'll be a grandparent. Which leads me to wonder when the older kids will marry. I wonder if I really hear from the Lord at times. I wonder if people take their walk with the Lord seriously. Do you ever wonder about creation? I do. I wonder what old friends are doing these days. I wonder how long I'll be living here where we are living.
I wonder....

Oh, I wonder ALL THE TIME...
Sadly, this post dashes any hope I had that such wondering would lessen as I got older. Instead, it seems my current "I wonders..." will just be replaced with new ones.
Then again, I suppose that's how God works. He doesn't give us every detail of our life plan, but only shows us a few steps at a time. Otherwise, we would never have to step out in faith and trust Him.
Definitely an area God has stretched me in the last year... hasn't stopped my wondering, but it has eased some of my worrying and planning.
